Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, you give us your name, your business email address, your clinic website or social handle, what you want help with, and, where the form asks for it, your mobile phone number.

Our servers and analytics also record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technology for analytics and to measure which parts of the site lead to enquiries.

We do not ask for, want, or knowingly collect patient health information through this website. Please do not send patient details to us through these forms.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to review your website or social presence before we speak, to reply to your enquiry, to prepare the offer or package we discuss, to arrange and confirm a call, and to follow up about working together.

We use technical and analytics information to keep the site working, to prevent abuse, and to understand which pages and sections produce enquiries.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box on our form, NxtPatient may send you text messages about your enquiry: replies to what you asked, the results of the website review you requested, scheduling and confirming a call, and reminders about a call you booked. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us using the address at the bottom of this page.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide. You can leave the box unticked and still submit the form, book a call, and work with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are never sold, rented or passed to lead generators.

We store your mobile number and the record of your consent in our own database. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only so that the message can be sent to you. If you reply STOP, we keep a record of your number and your opt-out so that we do not text you again.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We use a small number of service providers to run our business, and they may handle your information only to provide their service to us: our website host and the database where enquiries are stored, our email provider for the notifications and confirmations we send, our scheduling tool for booking calls, our messaging provider for text messages, and our analytics provider.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and to keep business records, and for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

If you opt out of text messages, we keep your number and the record of your opt-out for as long as needed to honour it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to email or text at any time. Email the address at the bottom of this page and we will act on your request.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or reply and ask us to stop.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes to how we use your information will be notified to you where the law requires it.
