Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the NxtPatient website and to the enquiry forms and messaging programme available on it. Services we deliver to clients are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with that client.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us about working together. You agree not to misuse the site, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to submit false information or information you do not have the right to give us.

Please do not submit patient health information through any form on this site.

Text messaging programme

NxtPatient operates a customer care and conversational text messaging programme for people who enquire about our services.

By providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from NxtPatient about your enquiry, including replies to your questions, the results of a website review you requested, and scheduling, confirming and reminding you about a call. We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this programme.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@nxtpatient.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

Anything on this site, including examples of past work, view counts and website reviews, is provided for information. It is not a promise of any particular result for your clinic. Results depend on factors we do not control, including your market, your offer and your team.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice. You are responsible for making sure your own marketing, patient communication and record keeping comply with the laws and professional rules that apply to you.
